The living area is perfect for relaxing with a cozy couch, 2 reclining chairs, and a 55” Smart TV. The dining room has seating for 6 to enjoy the catch of the day or a fun family game night.

With comfort and luxury in mind, the master bedroom is spacious, has premium king size bed with top of the line linens, coastal themed furnishings & 55” smart TV’s.  The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with bench seat and custom waterfall tile accent. 

The building has easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk and with the Sandpiper being just outside of town, the beaches are typically less crowded. The Sandpiper offers so many options for everyone including a 24-hour staff at the front desk, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, multiple lounge areas, tennis courts, bird-watching areas, a huge swimming pool and hot tub, grilling areas with both gas and Webber charcoal grills, all with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Sandpiper offers daily rental of beach canopies during peak season (lounge chairs are free) which they will set up and take down for you so all you need to worry about is relaxing and having fun.
