House Policies

  • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make reservation and check in
  • No pets allowed.
  • Two-night minimum stay is required of all reservations made in advance, three-night minimum on holidays.
  • Sandpiper Condominiums strives to provide all of its guests with a unique tropical vacation experience. While Sandpiper Condominiums will make every effort to keep you in your chosen unit, we regretfully cannot guarantee a specific condo as all units are individually owned and some circumstances may arise outside of Sandpiper’s control.

Deposit and Cancellation Information

Deposits: Deposit due upon booking for Short Term Rentals (29 days or less) is 50% of the total stay is due at time of booking. Final payment of the remaining 50% of the total reservation cost will be due 15 days prior to your scheduled check in date for your vacation rental. Personal Checks are not accepted for remaining balance due. Reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Deposits for Long Term Guests: a $300 deposit is required for all guests staying 30 days or longer.

Cancellation / Changes to Itinerary: All reservations must be fully paid 15 days prior to arrival date.  After this time (15 days prior to arrival) all reservations are non cancellable and all monies are non refundable.  Notice of cancellation must be given more than 15 days prior to arrival to be eligible for a refund, minus a $35.00 cancellation fee. Once within 15 days of arrival any changes to the itinerary will not be eligible for a refund.  Sandpiper does offer each guest the option to purchase travel insurance in order to insure their reservation against covered perils which may interrupt or otherwise prohibit their stay.
