Every Tuesday from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm, unwind and enjoy an hour of yoga with Selena Esensee of Inspirational Yoga Warriors. Yogis will meet at the Pavilion of the Nature Preserve at Charlie's Pasture at the end of Port St. Find movement, zen, and relaxation during your Port Aransas vacation with Sandpiper Port Aransas.

Family Beach Walk

Take a guided beach walk tour with Texas Master Naturalist Julie Findley and learn fun beachcombing facts. You'll stroll along the shoreline from the pier to the jetty and learn about things that wash up on Port Aransas Beach. The event is free, registration is recommended. Meet up is at Horace Caldwell Pier at the end of Beach St.

Guided Wetland Walks

Join the Wetlands Education Center at the University of Texas Marine Science Institute every Tuesday and Thursday for guided wetland walks. This FREE guided walk takes you along wetland trails where you'll learn about the coastal wetland habitats and their inhabitants, including plant and animal life. Self-guided walks are also open to the public.

Birding on the Boardwalk

Birders Meet Up! Join our experts at the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center every Wednesday to experience birding from the new boardwalk. This walk will be short along our boardwalk but offers great vistas for watching all our wonderful birds. Guides Ray Dillahunty and Leslie Hoesktra will lead the group in discovering all the Center has to offer. All experience levels are welcome, and binoculars are available for loan. The program is free. Meet at the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center at 9:00 am.
