Sandpiper 806 is an elegant 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bathroom condo featuring stunning gulf and beach views and beds for 8 people. It is a middle unit with a large balcony extending across the entire length of the condo.

Newly remodeled with beautiful artwork throughout. Furnishings are comfortable with plenty of seating and a 55” TV in the living area. The kitchen features beautiful custom cabinets, granite countertops, and gulf views, and is fully stocked for your cooking needs. There are 4 comfortable chairs at the bar. The view from the dining table is spectacular. The table seats 6 with additional chairs available. The half bath is off the living area.
The balcony features 4 tall chairs with tables as well as a bench with tables for plenty of seating. It is shaded in the evening, making it the ideal place to enjoy a beverage or watch the waves and the birds flying by.
The master is large, tastefully decorated, and comfortable, with its ocean views as well as access to the balcony. There are 2 closets, plenty of storage and a 38” TV. The attached master bath is beautifully appointed with double sinks and a large walk in shower.
The guest bedrooms are off their own hall with the second custom bathroom, which includes a glass door tub with shower. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated, one with a king bed and the other with 2 queens. Each has a 32” TV.
All TVs are smart TVs, so bring your Netflix or other streaming account. There are BluRay/DVD players with all TVs. There is a small stereo with Aux and USB inputs in the living area. Each bedroom has USB outlets on the bedside tables in case you forget your charger.

We’ve stayed in 5 units in this building over the years and this by far was our favorite unit. You can tell the owners must stay here often because it is functionally perfect. Also the beds are so comfortable! We will be back.

Condo 806 was fantastic! Extremely clean, fantastic decor, and fully stocked in the kitchen!! Plan on going back for another girls weekend getaway. The front staff was very nice and accommodating, and we were able to check in early since the room was ready at no additional charge

We held our annual Beach Girls trip at The Sandpiper this year, and were not disappointed! Very nice rooms, very nice staff. Staff were accommodating and met our every need. The grounds are beautiful, nice pool, large hot tub, bbq pits in 2 locations, even a covered games room with shuffleboard, ping pong, and other games, so, in the event it rains, there are still things to do. My absolute favorite is the towel service. Stacks of clean towels ready for beachside, laundry bins to drop them in upon return to the condo. Nice wide boardwalk to a nice wide beach- we have stayed places where there was barely a strip of sand. Not Sandpiper! Proper beach here! There is a small supply of loungers available for guests, first come first served, and then also a chair/umbrella rental service- really you do not need to bring anything for great fun in the sun. 12 thumbs from our crew! We will definitely be back.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, had every little kitchen item you could think of and more! Even had amazing FANS for the bedrooms- thank you! and the view... ah. was so beautiful. We WILL stay here again!!!!

The ramp to the beach is a must for us. My daughter needs disability access. Hope it is replaced soon
