Beautifully remodeled, this beach front condo overlooks the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Kitchen has stunning granite counter tops, new Shaker cabinets and a large double sink as well as a crafty designed backsplash. There is a Queen sized sofa sleeper in the comfortable couch and plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy a movie on the 42” flat screen TV in the living room.

The dining table is placed directly in front of the full length glass windows facing the ocean for optimum family meal time as well as pure vacation time. The Master Suite is accommodating and spacious with a King sized bed, comfortable sitting chair, and full sized closet to unpack your belongings and feel right at home. This Master Suite offers a 32” flat screen TV with a connected DVD player as well as a Private Master Bathroom. This Master Bath is roomy and alluring with the gorgeous granite counter tops and a decoratively tiled walk in shower which includes shelving for all of your toiletries. The moment we stepped into the Sandpiper lobby. the front desk receptionist welcomed us. We were impressed. We've experienced numerous lackadaisical entrances at other places. Tom inquired about the availability of a 3 bedroom suite since our adult daughter joined us. Your staff quickly checked her computer. One would be available in the morning. He agreed. Then we took the elevator to our second-floor suite. We were delighted with Unit 203. Our daughter was completely satisfied with the sleeping accommodations. So on our way to the pool, she canceled the next morning's relocation. The receptionist was gracious and complied with our reversal.
All of us remained pleased with our original unit 203. The entire unit was tastefully furnished. The living area had a rocker, my most favored chair. The desk was perfect for my husband's tech devices to the plugin. The mirror walls added to the feeling of wide-open spaces indoors. The glass wall extended that sensation. We spent a lot of time on the deck morning, noon, and night. The view of the gulf was spectacular. The Hunter's moon rose on the horizon and added to the enchantment.
Various staff continued bidding us farewell and welcoming us back from our meals, Mass, and excursions. Creative Halloween decorations around the lobby, the community spaces, even the elevators were decorated with spiders and cobwebs that made us smile and everyone whom we encountered, not just children.
Also, the maintenance, painters, and carpenters, were most pleasant and agreeable to guests, us included if we needed to walk past their work area. They did so with a smile and a few kind words.
The pool was at an ideal temperature. No shocking cold. No Boiling Cauldron. It was always refreshingly cool and crystal clear and pristine whether at 9 AM first opening or under the later afternoon full sun. It was spacious enough to maintain the recommended COVID distancing in the pool as well as around the pool area.
The walkway to the beach was a short and easy stroll to the wonders of the gulf. Several places on the wood walkway had benches near water hoses handy for rinsing off sandy feet. Their beach was always clean. The dunes, sea oats, cactus, and wild plants seemed groomed. We felt pampered and that the staff genuinely cared about us.

I loved the condo! I would stay there again. It was very cozy and inviting.
The master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable. I would like to find out the brand if possible. It was a wonderful experience,
