The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a large serving island to gather around and barstool seating for casual gatherings. The decor is comfortable yet modern which creates a relaxing setting for your beach getaway. The combo living-dining area offers stunning ocean views through the wall of floor to ceiling windows, a spacious private balcony and plenty of room to stretch out and unwind from the day's adventures. The living area is perfect for relaxing with a cozy sectional sofa, lounge chair, and a 55” Smart TV. The dining room has seating for 4  to enjoy the catch of the day or a fun family game night.



With comfort and luxury in mind, the master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite master bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite guest bathroom with modern tub with beautiful tile surround. Additional guests will sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room. 



The building has easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk and with the Sandpiper being just outside of town, the beaches are typically less crowded. The Sandpiper offers so many options for everyone including a 24-hour staff at the front desk, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, multiple lounge areas, tennis courts, bird-watching areas, a huge swimming pool and hot tub, grilling areas with both gas and Webber charcoal grills, all with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Sandpiper offers daily rental of beach canopies during peak season (lounge chairs are free) which they will set up and take down for you so all you need to worry about is relaxing and having fun.
