Why We Love It

Welcome to a fully remodeled 2 bedroom condo on the prime 7th floor offering ideal views of the gulf and beyond. This unit has not been in the rental pool since remodeled after Hurricane Harvey.

As you enter the living room there is a dining room for six along with comfortable seating in front of the 65” TV. Also, there is low seating in the front corner for ideal views to the south. The brand new sofa provides a fold out option for additional sleeping options.
The Master Bedroom is fully appointed with a king size bed and a 55” TV. The bathroom has been totally updated with a walk in shower.
The Second Bedroom is fully appointed with a queen size bed and a 55” TV. The bathroom has been fully updated with a tub/shower combination.

Over the years, we have stayed at a variety of different units at the Sandpiper and have never ever been disappointed. 707 was no exception!! Once again the unit was well maintained, very comfortable and well equipped. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend 707 and the property in general. We will certainly be returning.

This was our 3rd year to stay at Sandpiper and first time in this unit. The accommodations were great. The unit was nicely decorated, bright and airy and very clean. We always enjoy Sandpiper. The staff are friendly and helpful and the building always looks well cared for.

I was thrilled the condo really did look like the pictures. It had everything we needed. The view was outstanding, the ocean was right there. I loved drinking my coffee in the morning listening to the waves. We enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic time at Sandpiper 707

We had a great stay at the Sandpiper #707. The view from the unit is perfect. Great sunrises and so fun watching the ships in the distance. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The next time we stay, we are definitely bringing steaks and using the grills on the sun decks. The rooms were large, and the beds were so comfortable.

What a perfect place to sit above the Gulf and watch the waves roll in. The condo was so comfortable and sparkling clean. We especially loved the outdoor chairs and even the luxurious little bath soaps provided. We will definitely be returning. The one and only downside was the Internet connection. But maybe it was being worked on. The staff at the front desk were also very welcoming and courteous. We will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you!

We always love staying at the Sandpiper condos. We have been staying there the last 10 years. Unit 707 is our absolute favorite condo to stay in. Love the cleanliness, decor, beds, amenities and the view. We will try to stay in condo 707 every chance we get. Great stay!

This is a great condo! Room is clean, cozy, & comfy! The beds are comfortable!! Great decor and view! There is a king & queen. We really like this condo, but only trying another condo because we are wanting 2 king beds for the 2 families that consistently come together.

We were married in Port A in 2001. 707 was the first time we had stayed in this unit and we absolutely loved it. We look forward to coming back very soon. Thank you!

Beautiful Room

I’ve stayed at the Sand Piper for over a decade. Summer vacations are incredible here. There’s very few rooms I’ve had issues with in that time span, and it was generally out of the owner’s hand anyways. Prices are a little high, but that comes with the low effort, high reward vacation set up. This room was just as good as I expect from any condo here, and I highly recommend it.

When I was a kid I use to come to this beach every year and stay at the Sandpiper every time. It was exactly how I remembered it, rooms with everything you could possibly need, right on the beach, and friendly staff. I’m hoping to make this a yearly family trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper in Room 707! My family used to vacation here when I was a child, so I have many fond memories at the Sandpiper. Now that I have my own family, we decided to 20 years later to take our first vacation here. We were very happy with our decision! The staff and other tenants were welcoming and very friendly. They were also very helpful if we needed anything. The facilities are being remodeled, so have some patience- but everything was clean. New windows were being put in while we were there, so there was some construction noise, but it was tolerable. A little noise is worth the beautification. Room 707 is a beauty! The room was nearly spotless when we entered. It appears to have been renovated recently, they did a great job and was decorated very nicely. It has all you need in the kitchen, minus pantry items/ingredients for cooking (i.e. oil), so bring your own if planning to cook. There was coffee there, but we brought our own. Other basic amenities were provided, like any hotel. Would bring hand soap next time. The pool was enjoyable, chilly on a hot summer day. The beach was the cleanest I have ever seen in Texas and is a quick walk down the pier. There is tar, but they provide wipes to help remove it. Baby oil also works, so pack that. We were very happy with the facility, staff, room, and beach! Would recommend to anyone who would like a carefree trip to Port A.

This place is the best. We’ve been staying at the Sandpiper for many years. It’s a wonderful facility, the staff is tremendous, and you can’t beat the location. Special shout out to the front desk and beach crew who are incredibly accommodating. I would recommend the Sandpiper to all of my family and friends.

This is an awesome place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was excellent as well. Wonderful view with an excellent pool. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect unit for two couples! Two good sized bedrooms, each with their own bath. Ample kitchen and dining room. A huge TV for inclement weather. A few knives in the kitchen would be nice.The set of steak knives was lovely, but we had to use them for cutting fruit, vets, cheese, etc. We will be back!

We love The Sandpiper, and look forward to our stay every year. As usual, everything was top notch. Only downside is that we had to leave! Our unit was impeccably clean and well appointed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was sparkling clean, we enjoyed the pizza truck and live music by the pool. Can't wait to return!
