Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make reservation and check in
(no exceptions). |

Pets are not allowed. |

Two-night minimum stay is required of all reservations made in advance, three-night minimum on holidays. |

Requests for specific units will be taken, however none can be guaranteed. |

E.
|
Smoking is not allowed in the units. |

Deposit and Cancellation Information
|
|
|
A.
|
Deposits: An advance deposit of the first night stay is required on all reservations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. Deposit will be accepted in the form of a credit card, check or money order to secure reservations. If sending a check or money order, failure to send the advance deposit within the allotted time may result in cancellation.

B.
|
Deposits for Long Term Guests: a $300 deposit is required for all guests staying 30 days of longer. |

C.
|
Cancellation / Changes to Itinerary: Notice of cancellation must be giving at least 72 hours prior to arrival to be eligible for a refund of the advance deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Once within 72 hours any changes to the itinerary will not be eligible for a refund. For long term stays, at least 30 days notice must be given to be eligible for an advance deposit refund, minus the $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations booked prior to 05/19/08 will still receive a full refund of the advance deposit. |
